Lämpöpuisto is a direct seller of fuels and heating oils and one of Finland's largest tank suppliers of fuels. The product range covers heating oils for households as well as heating oils and fuels for business use. A new addition to the range is HVO fuel made from 100% renewable raw materials. Nitro plans and operates Lämpöpuisto's digital marketing for both B2C and B2B audiences.

Nitro takes care of the digital experiences of Lämpöpuisto customers along the entire customer journey. We take into account both brand and tactical goals in our measures: the customer is pushed towards conversion, from increasing awareness to ordering or contacting. We have tailored separate customer journeys to the B2C and B2B target groups, and traffic is directed to either the consumer or corporate website accordingly.
Nitro performs continuous search engine optimisation in accordance with keyword analysis and optimises the conversion points of both the corporate and consumer websites. We are also responsible for allocating the media budget by channel and campaign and optimising it as needed.
Both Lämpöpuisto websites use Leadoo conversion tools, or bots, which are used to activate passive users and offer a smoother opportunity to contact. The functionality is actively monitored and optimised, and the data they collect is utilised in planning marketing measures.
Lämpöpuisto's digital channel selection for the B2C audience includes Meta's channels, Google Ads keyword advertising and YouTube. The channel selection for the B2B audience also includes LinkedIn. Lämpöpuisto has its own websites for consumer and business customers, to which traffic is directed. This also allows us to build B2B and B2C audiences for remarketing.
Majority of Lämpöpuisto’s digital marketing is done on the so called ‘always on’ principle, and enhanced with limited tactical campaigns in accordance with the annual marketing calendar. Nitro is responsible for the planning and production of campaigns and measures, as well as operating, monitoring and optimising everything.
The collaboration has shown that both consumer and business target groups can often be reached effectively in the same channels—the content, targeting and campaign structure guarantee that the right message finds its audience.
Continuous monitoring and optimisation ensure success: we regularly provide Lämpöpuisto with reports on the effectiveness of the measures and suggestions for improving the advertising.
We use a dashboard to monitor and report on the measures, which provides a visual and a clear view of the results. The dashboard helps all parties stay on top of the outcome and it makes it easier to present the results to the management team, for example. The data provided by Leadoo is also used in monitoring. The results are reviewed regularly in joint meetings between Nitro and Lämpöpuisto.
